NOTE: Like Facebook's export archive, Instagram's is broken and incomplete. It lacks IDs, so names are used as IDs. This means that if you perform multiple imports over time and people change their display names, they will appear as separate/new entities. There's no way we can fix this unless Instagram and Facebook provide IDs. Additionally, like Facebook, Instagram's JSON encoding is broken: they encode strings with UTF-8 instead of UTF-16, so Timelinize has to correct for this and it may not succeed in all cases.
